At TAKASHIMA 高島生活館, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchases. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the products are in their original, sealed packaging and securely pack them into a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package using a trackable method to our distribution center address provided in the confirmation email.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
